Strato Dynamics designs and manufactures high-performance aftermarket components intended for motorsport, off-road, and track use only, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

By purchasing or installing any Strato Dynamics product, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Warranty for Racing or Motorsport Use

Motorsport and high-performance driving place extreme stress on all vehicle components.

All Strato Dynamics products used in:

• Track days
  
• Competition motorsport
  
• Time attack events
  
• High-speed driving
  
• Off-road use
  

are provided without warranty, expressed or implied.

2. Professional Installation Recommended

All components must be installed by a qualified technician or motorsport professional familiar with proper fitment, torque specifications, and load-bearing safety practices.

Failure to install products correctly may result in:

• Vehicle damage
  
• Improper aerodynamic balance
  
• Loss of control
  
• Injury or death
  

Strato Dynamics is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation.

3. Vehicle Compatibility & Fitment

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify all fitment details before purchase and installation.

Aero parts, forged wheels, and turbofan components may alter the vehicle’s aerodynamics, cooling, or suspension behavior at speed.

Strato Dynamics is not liable for any mechanical or performance issues resulting from improper fitment or incompatible modifications.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

High-performance driving and motorsport activities carry inherent risks.

By using Strato Dynamics products, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You assume all risks associated with racing, high-speed operation, and modified vehicle use.
  
• Strato Dynamics is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring from use of our products on or off public roads.
  

5. Legal Compliance

Many Strato Dynamics parts may not comply with:

• Local vehicle equipment regulations
  
• Emissions standards
  
• Road-use laws
  

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all installed products comply with their local laws and regulations.

6. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strato Dynamics shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
  
• Property damage
  
• Loss of vehicle or equipment
  
• Incidental or consequential damages
  

arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any Strato Dynamics product.

7. Track Environment Advisory

If using our aerodynamic components, forged wheels, or turbofan systems on track:

• Regular inspection for wear, cracks, hardware loosening, or fatigue is required.
  
• Components should be re-torqued and inspected after each event.
  
• Customer is responsible for maintaining the product in safe operating condition.
