Order Processing

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Custom-made or pre-order items may require additional lead time, which will be stated on the product page.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a second email with full tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping methods at checkout, including: Standard Ground Shipping, Expedited / Express Shipping, International Shipping

All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package size, and selected service level.
Customers may choose any preferred shipping method available for their region.

Insured Shipments

All shipments include tracking and insurance for the full value of your order. Strato Dynamics is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we will assist with any insurance claims with the carrier where applicable.

International Shipping & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Strato Dynamics is not responsible for: Incorrect or incomplete addresses, delays caused by courier routing or delivery issues due to missing apartment/unit numbers

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
Tracking updates may require 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Returns & Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Strato Dynamics cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
